Academic Qualification : Any Graduate / B.Sc / B.Tech + MBA (HR/IR)
Organizational Experience : 3 to 6 years
Location : Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Candidate must have good experience in Compliance, Grievances, Labour Law, Safety, Audit, Contract Labour etc.
Attendance Management and Leaves Management through software, using biometric punching, etc.
Knowledge of HR compliance like PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, leaves policy, etc.
Must be good in communication, email writing, etc.
Talent Acquisition, Legal & Statutory, Policies and Manual, Budget, Grievance
Handling, Wages & Salary Admin, Contract Labour Mgmt., General Admin, T&D / OD
Interventions, Employee Engagement Activities.
Preferred candidate profile:
Must have good experience in HR Admin & Plant Role

Strong disciplinary traits & departmental integrity
Team handling is an added advantage
Technical & non-Technical Recruitment experience in manufacturing domain is must.
