Mode of action of Tetraconazole 3.8% w/w EW

Triazoles work primarily by interfering with cell growth, particularly the ability to form cell walls. These fungicides inhibit the biosynthesis of ergosterol  in cell membranes. This fungicide is systemic with protectant, eradicant, and curative properties. Sterol biosynthesis inhibitors act mainly on the vegetative stages of fungi by blocking mycelial growth either inside or on the surface of the host plant.
