Position : QC Manager (Organic Chemistry)
Location : Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Experience : 6+ Years in Fertilizer Production Industry
Qualification : BSc / MSc – Organic Chemistry, Biochemical
Requisite Technical Competencies:-
- Good knowledge of various national and international QC practices such as QMS, CAPA, LIMS, 5S Audits etc .
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies
- Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
- Excellent technical skills
- Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
Requisite Technical Competencies:-
- Shall be conducting internal quality audits, awareness & induction training, data analysis & support all functions in establishing the quality culture in the Organization.
- Product Quality Planning
- QC Process implementation & improvement.
- ISO processes implementation.
- Maintenance of required production and Inspection Test & safety records.
- Ensure tracking of inspection, testing and related verification and linking with work order number / lot number etc. of product throughout in warding, production, packing & dispatch stages
- Executing Test & In-process inspection plans as per production, packing & dispatch schedule.
- To identify the Continuous improvement areas in the responsible areas as well as meet job & department objectives
- General work-in-progress, productivity, quality & supplier inspection reports analysis
